Biaxial tensile plastic grids for coal mine

   

   

1. Characters:
Biaxial tensile plastic grids for coal mine is researched by Hengshui Baoli Engineering Plastic Co., Ltd., which according to the objective of “Humanity, Safety”, at same time peoper attention the principe of “easy contruction, cost reduction”. This prodcut mainly consisted of Polypropylene, through the special processing of anti-static and fire resistance, tesile in double sides, then form the whole grids. Its characters as following:

A. Not easy to produce static when friction. Under coal mine, the resistance mean value of girds is 1×109Ω
B. Good ability of fire resistance. In the environment of 760℃, only melting, no fire, it will extinguish as soon as the grids left flame if it fire.
C. Convenient to wash coal. The density of this grids between 0.89 and 0.91, below the density of water, the broken rids will float on the water during washing coal, easy to be wash out.
D. Good performance of anti-corrosion.
E. Convenient to construction and transport. It is not easy to hurt wokers because this kind of grids is sofe relative, convenient to pack and cut out, easy to transport under mine and construction.
F. High bearing strength in longitudinal and horizontal. After pressing and tensiling, grids’molecule struction array newly, the materials’ elongation strength is greater 2—3 time than before. The ribs are vertical each other after double side elongated, this constrution can disperse press from grids surface to around ribs, thereby increased the whole grids’ bearing strength consumedly. When ourtside force act on one rib, the force will disperse to other ribs at the same time, reduce the concentrated force on one rib, not easy to rupture. And second, this grids is formed by double side tensile, not braided, so the creep rate is samll, and holes’ dimension is average, can avoid to drop cracked coal, protect works and tramcars’safety.

2. Products Purpose
This products mainly used in coal mine as ceiling and shield, also can be used to protect laneway when mining coal. It must double layers or more when used as ceiling.

5. Application Method

5-1 Act as false ceiling in working face when second mining

1. Longitudinal Laying Method
1)Lay rolled grids along with the long side of working face, two grids’ superposition not less than 100mm.
2)Use Φ1.2—1.8 metal wire enlace the superpostion grids tightly.
3)The distance of metal wire is 50—100mm, it decided according to actual condition.
4)User can lay more rolled grids, until the grids’ length reach to the total length of working face.
5)At the backside of working face nogs, inside or outside grids can use metal, wood, bamboo for reinforcing support.

2.Horizontal Laying Method
1)Lay rolled grids along with the long side of working face, coupled in grids roll along with working face, two grids’ superposition not less than 100mm.
2)Coupling method, metal wire distance and reinforcing nogs are same as longitudinal laying method.

5-2 Act as Laneway Shield Material

Plastic grids can be used at laneway as ceiling or shield material. When act as shield material in laneway, can adopt single or double layers, and palstic girds can be combined with shield grids.
Usually, users select horizontal laying method when plastic grids act as shield:
1)Spred rolled grids in laneway, cut out one or more sections according to the perimeter of shield length.
2)The length of grids should be decided by the width of laneway, shape, rocks’ character.
3)Lay grids sections along with the top perimeter of laneway, the couplings not less than 100mm.
4)The coupling method is same as A-b).
5)At the backside of laneway, inside or outside grids sections can use metal, wood, bamboo for reinforcing support.
Laying Method of Anchor Laneway Shield
a) The method is same as A-b).
b) Outside the plastic grids install anchor pallet, nut, and tighten the nut as installing technic.

6. Transport and Stockage
A. Ground Transport.
Do not use edge tools when loading and unloading. At the transporting process, do not mix the grids with anomalistic objects, avoid press by heavy. Rolled grids can be transported endlong or flatwise. Do not pile up more than 8 layers when transport flatwise.

B. Transport in Mine
User should select compartment tramcar when transporting grids, do not use U shape forked, for fear damage because of collision and press.

C. Stockage
a) Stock in normal temperature condition, far from fire source.
b) Stock in shady and cool storeroom, higher 20cm or more than ground.
c) Finished products far from heat source more than 2 meter, the maintain date is 16 months.

7. Notice
a) If grids be cut ribs in the using process, can amend it parcel, the reinforcement method is same as coupling method.
b) If products be stored long time or the higher storing temperature, lead to the color chaged or distortion or ribs bending, stop using briefly, then make machanic performance testing, reuse it if eligible
c) When act as anchor shield, the pallet size of outside nuts should bigger 2 times than girds’hole.
